Droplet support

Droplet shares selected files directly between nearby Android phones and iPhones.

Connect two phones

1. Open Droplet on both phones and allow the nearby-device prompts.
2. Bring the phones together until both show a six-digit code.
3. Confirm only when the codes match.
4. Approve the temporary Wi-Fi connection if iPhone asks.
5. Add files on either phone. The receiving user chooses which files to accept.

If Droplet says to move the phones apart, separate them until the message clears, then bring them together again. If a temporary network cannot be joined, cancel the attempt, confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on, and retry with both apps visible.

Save received files

Use Save beside one received file or Save all. Android opens the system file or folder picker. iPhone opens the system share/save sheet. The app-private received copy remains available until Droplet is uninstalled, but exported copies are managed in the destination you selected.

Droplet Pro

Prices and billing periods come from your app store. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing phones with the same store account. Use Settings → Manage subscription to cancel or change the plan. Free sharing supports up to 5 files or 100 MB per transfer; Pro supports up to 20 files or 1 GB per transfer.
